Online Return Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We will accept any full price item(s).

The return request MUST be processed within 7 days of the ORDER date of your ONLINE ORDER. All return requests must have RETURN APPROVAL first to be accepted. Returns must oblige to the rules laid out in the Return Policy for approval.
Note: All packages sent back as a return WITHOUT a return approval will be marked "return to sender" and we will not be responsible for the package.

* Any packages received or post-dated after the 7 day policy will be subject to a 25% restocking fee *

• All items returned must not be used and have their original tags attached.


• All items purchased as a SALE item, or with a PROMO code discounting the regular price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
    
• Shipping costs are NOT included. Any returns sent COD to TMD Boutique & Co will be returned to sender.

HOW TO RETURN

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable return method. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages and will be at the expense of the customer.


Follow these return steps:

1. Contact tmdboutique@gmail.com
2. Have your order # available and article you wish to return.
3. IF APPROVED, please print a copy of your approval email and include it in the package with the product you are returning. Your Return Approval is valid for 5 days.
4.Your credit will be issued within 10 days of receiving your package in the form of original payment.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If an item is received damaged or defective TMD Boutique & Co needs to be notified at tmdboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date. If the EXACT item is in stock we will exchange it. If we cannot replace the item you will receive a full refund, does not include shipping. Replacement items or refund/credit will be issued once the defective item is received by TMD Boutique & Co. The defective item MUST be returned within 5 business days to be eligible for a refund, after the 5 days only a credit will be issued.  Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Damage to items must be reported as soon as the item is received.

Please email tmdboutique@gmail.com to report damage or defective items within 3 days of being received. Please state "DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RECEIVED" in your email subject heading.
